📦 WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED AFTER PLACING IT?
At All Love Here, we usually ship all orders within 2-4 business days. If you choose Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on the time of day your order is placed.

🚚 WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?
We proudly ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the package once it enters your country.

⏳ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We ship all orders from our USA factory. Due to Covid-19, some international packages may face delays due to routing or customs. Here's an estimated delivery time:

- USA: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 4-10 business days
- Western Europe: 5-15 business days
- Australia/NZ: 5-15 business days
- Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

🛃 WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
At All Love Here, we strive to ensure the smoothest and quickest arrival of your item, including labeling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities. Due to recent changes in EU regulations, you may incur sales tax (VAT) upon delivery. Please consult your country's tax authority for more information on fees for items shipped from the USA. Kindly note that any customs fees are payable by the recipient.

🔒 SHIPPING INSURANCE
We offer shipping insurance at checkout. Provided by All Love Here, it covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. To file a claim, simply contact our support team.

(Note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has been shipped.)

❌ CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We start production of orders as quickly as possible. Cancellation might be possible if production hasn't begun yet. Just contact our support team to check on the status of your order and state the reason for cancellation.

🛍️ MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Don't worry! Just contact our support team with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item. We'll arrange a replacement for you ASAP. Remember, do not return items without authorization from our support first.

💔 CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We hope you'll adore your All Love Here item! If you have any concerns or want to return it, please reach out to our support team within 60 days of purchase. Note that personalized items may have a deduction from the refund amount as they can't be restocked. Shipping and insurance are non-refundable.

📷 MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE ONLINE LISTING
