WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of the order date. Once processed, please allow a few hours after the processing for our carrier to update your tracking information before it goes live.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIMES?

  • USA: 2-5 Business Days
  • Canada: 5-14 Business Days
  • Europe: 3-14 Business Days
  • International: 5-14 business days (It's highly depends on the congestion level of the ports)

LOOKING TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?

When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from jeni@alllovehere.com with your tracking number included in it.

Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take up to 7 business days to be sent. Once you receive the email, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.
